Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, D.C., and eligible international countries listed on this website, who are 18+ at entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entry Period: Begins at [ 1PM EST November 28 2025 ] and ends at [ 12PM EST December 28 2025].
How to Enter:
(1) Purchase Entry: During the Entry Period, purchase the $17 SHHHOWERCAP® Black Diamond Buy-In product to receive one (1) entry per purchase.
(2) Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without purchase, email [hello@shhhowercap.com] with subject line “Black Diamond Entry,” including your full name, mailing address, and email. Each valid email equals one (1) entry.
All entries—paid and free—have an equal chance of winning.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a custom One-of-One SHHHOWERCAP® featuring less than 5 total carats of ethically sourced black diamonds. Approximate Retail Value: $4900 USD. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner is responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or duties.
Winner Selection: One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will occur within five (5) business days of promotion end.
Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within 72 hours. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release, and applicable tax documents (e.g., W-9 for U.S. residents).
Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Rights: By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right (where lawful) to use their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Limitations of Liability: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize receipt/use. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical issues.
International Entrants: International winners are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local restrictions. Sponsor is not responsible for customs delays or prohibitions.
Fraud: Sponsor may disqualify entries that violate rules or tamper with the entry process.
Governing Law: Governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in New York County, NY.
